  • Competitor: The competitor must be a legitimate retailer (physical or online) and not a clearance, auction, or private seller (e.g., eBay, Facebook Marketplace).

  • Proof of Price: The competitor’s price must be current and verifiable. Expired or promotional pricing may not qualify.

  • Exclusions:

    • Clearance items, closeouts, refurbished products, or bundled deals.

    • Competitor pricing errors, misprints, or special membership-only pricing.

    • Products sold by international competitors outside of your region.
